Area Sales Manager (Serbia, Croatia, BiH)

Main responsibilities:
- Continuous direct communication with clients and efficient account management in the area of responsibility to close profitable agreements
- Mapping new markets, approaching new potential clients and closing profitable agreements
- Drafting and sending offers to customers according to their requirements and needs and performing follow up communication
- Continuous collaboration and exchange of information with Service Engineers regarding customer management issues
- Immediate updating and related problems solving regarding the delivery and installation of machines and monitoring process progress in communication with the technical department
- Following internal bureaucratic procedures for sales management reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
- Monitoring competition in the country of responsibility and providing briefing to the Management
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Participation in sector exhibitions and corporate training
Self-assessment of annual performance and regular co-operation with the Managing Director for the implementation of a personal development plan
Candidate profile
- University degree in the Technical Field or Finance
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of the spoken language in the country of responsibility
- Knowledge of Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant position (sales of industrial equipment or packaging materials)
- Commitment to qualitative and quantitative targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Work under time pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Ability to travel frequently in the countries of responsibility and abroad.
